2- SALMON ALMOND  North Atlantic Salmon Fillet, Almond Crusted, and Pan-Roasted. Served with Seasonal Mixed Vegetables and Potato.  Beurre Blanc Sauce.  $22

3- BRANZINO over RISOTTO: Deboned Whole Mediterranean Sea Bass, Roasted and Served with Diced Shrimp and Asparagus Tossed with Arborio Rice. Lobster Sauce. $25

4- CRAB CAKE ON TRIO RAVIOLIS:  Jumbo & Lump Crabmeat Cake Sautéed over Lobster,Mushroom, and Spinach Raviolis. Top Mustard Sauce.  $25
