$55 per person all-inclusive Monday Through Thursday

$65 per person all-inclusive Friday & Saturday 

 (Inclusive of 3-Course Dinner, Tax, Gratuity, Open Rail Bar, & House Wine)

CHOICE: 

APPETIZERS/ SOUP 

1-HOUSE SALAD: Mixed Greens, Tomato, Cucumber. Balsamic Vinaigrette.

2- CAESAR SALAD: Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese, Baguette Croutons. Caesar Dressing.

3- SPINACH SALAD: Baby Spinach, Pine Nuts, Tomatoes, Blue Cheese. Vinaigrette.

4-  SOUP OF THE DAY: Cup

ENTREES 

1- LEMON-PEPPER TILAPIA

Sautéed Tilapia over Wilted Spinach, Grape Tomatoes and Potatoes.  Beurre Blanc Sauce.     

2- FLOUNDER FRANÇAISE

         Flour and Egg Dipped Flounder Fillet Sautéed with Shrimp, Capers, & Mushroom,

Lemon-Butter Sauce.  Potatoes and Vegetables. 

3- ROASTED SALMON FILLET

Salmon Fillet Oven Roasted Served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes.  Mustard Sauce.

4- CHICKEN PICCATA CAPELLINI

Sautéed Chicken Breast with Capers and Butter Lemon.  Angel Hair Pasta and Marinara Sauce .

4- PAN-ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN

Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Apples.  Spanish Style Potatoes, Onion & Tomato Ragout.

6- FILET MIGNON

Pan-Seared Center Cut Of  Beef Tenderloin, Potatoes, Vegetables, and Mushroom.

Red Wine Demi-Glace Sauce.

7- MUSHROOM RAVIOLI

Tossed with Sliced Mushroom and Asparagus.  Brandy Cream Sauce.

8- LINGUINI VEGETABLES

Seasonal Vegetables Tossed with Fresh Tomatoes, Basil, Garlic and Virgin Olive Oil .
