FIRST COURSE: APPETIZER & SALAD

1- SHRIMP AJO: Shrimps Sautéed with Garlic in Lemon Juice-Butter-White Wine Sauce.

 2- MUSSELS MARINIERE: PEI Fresh Mussels Sautéed in White Wine, Lemon Juice, & Capers.

 3- FRIED OYSTERS: Deep Fried Oyster with Fresh Pico de Gallo Salsa. Beurre Blanc Balsamic.

 4- MERGUEZ: Lamb Sausage Grilled, over White Beans in Zesty Harissa-Tomato.

 5- AVOCADO SALAD: Ripe Avocado over Greens in Balsamic, Feta & Fresh Pico de Gallo.

 6- CAESAR SALAD: Roumaine Hearts, Croutons, Parma Cheese in Caesar Dressing*.

 7- SOUP OF THE DAY: Shrimp Bisque.

SECOND COURSE: ENTRÉE

1- CRAB CAKE over LOBSTER RAVIOLI: Fresh Jumbo & Lump Crabmeat Cake Pan-Seared. Over Maine Lobster Ravioli and Sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms. Mustard Sauce.

2- BRANZINO over POLENTA: Deboned Whole Mediterranean Sea Bass Roasted. Served with Leek-Cornmeal Polenta, Sautéed Fennel-Grape Tomato-Spinach Melange. Black Olive-Beurre Blanc Sauce

3- BLACKENED SCALLOPS over SHRIMP RISOTTO: Lightly Cajun Spiced and Pan-Seared Large Diver Scallops (U10 Dry). Served with Paella Style Saffron Arborio Rice Tossed with Tri-Color Peppers and Green Peas. Beurre Blanc Sauce.

4- VEAL MARSALA: Milk Fed Domestic Veal Top Round Scaloppini Sautéed in Mushrooms Marsala Wine Sauce. Served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potato. Marsala Sauce.

5- SALMON STUFFED with CRABMEAT: Roasted Salmon Fillet Stuffed with Fresh Lump Crabmeat. Served with Seasonal Mixed Vegetables and Potato. Top Shrimp Sauce.

6- MIX-GRILL WITH TWICE-BAKED POTATO*: Grilled Angus Beef Ribeye, NZ Lamb Chops, and Spicy Chorizo. Served with Twice-Baked Potato & Mixed Vegetables. Red Wine Sauce.

7- CHILEAN SEABASS with ASPARAGUS: Pan-Roasted Chilean Seabass Fillet. Served with Asparagus Tips and Potato.  Kalamata Olives-Capers-Red Pepper Sauce

8- CHICKEN PICCATA CAPELLINI: Sautéed Chicken Breast with Capers and Butter Lemon.  Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara Sauce.

9- LINGUINI SEAFOOD: Diver Scallop, Large Shrimp, Calamari Rings & Fresh PEI Mussels in Creamy Tomato Sauce.

10- MUSHROOM RAVIOLI:  Meatless Mushroom Raviolis Tossed with Mushrooms and Baby Spinach in Brandy Cream Sauce.

THIRD COURSE: DESSERT

 1- RASPBERRY MOUSSE CHOCOLATE CAKE
