2- MERGUEZ: Lamb Sausage Grilled, with White Beans in Zesty Harissa-Tomato. Red Wine Sauce .
3- AVOCADO SALAD: Ripe Avocado over Greens in Balsamic Vinaigrette, Feta and Fresh Pico de Gallo. 4- SPINACH SALAD: Baby Spinach, Tomato, Blue Cheese Crumbles, & Pecan in Balsamic Vinaigrette. 5- SOUP OF THE DAY: Shrimp Bisque.

2- BLACKENED SCALLOPS over RISOTTO: Diver Scallops (U10-20) Lightly Cajun Seasoned and Seared. Served with Arborio Rice-Tomato-Spinach Risotto. Top with Beurre Blanc Sauce.

3- BRANZINO: Deboned Mediterranean Sea Bass, Pan-Roasted. Served with Mixed Vegetables and Potatoes. Top with Diced Mushrooms-Capers-Lemon Juice Ragout Sauce.
