Let's start with the price to put everything else in context: reasonable given the area. The food was excellent. I don't mean really good. I mean top two among the twenty or so restaurants I've visited over the past couple of years. And the top one was Chez Francois - at circa three times the price. I had been curious about this place ever since I saw an ad for it on facebook. It's very near where I live but I had never been. When I saw an ad for their Thanksgiving menu I knew I wanted to try it out. This was the first year my family and I didn't have a home cooked Thanksgiving meal. My mother usually cooks for ... us but she has been struggling with her health so we all decided to go out for that special day instead. I was so nervous because I was the one who suggested this place and I didn't know what to expect. We had a reservation for 8 made many weeks ago and I was relieved that our table was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We all knew we wanted the traditional turkey dinner except for my brother who wanted the steak frites. The food came out quickly and to my great delight everything was delicious. The turkey was some of the best I've ever had. My mother still raves about it. To the owners I'd suggest making that a permanent addition to the menu. You've got a winner on your hands there. The sides were delicious as well though I will say we all only got, and I'm not exaggerating, a tablespoon of stuffing each. I understand it's Thanksgiving so maybe they wanted to make sure they had enough for everyone but it would've been nice to have more on the plate. We were all stuffed by the end of dinner so no harm done. My brother's steak frites was also amazing. I had a small bite and the steak melted in my mouth and the sauce was heavenly. Most of my family decided to get dessert. 2 creme brulees, 1 cheesecake, 1 German chocolate cake, and 1 bowl of ice cream. All delicious. If I had one critique I thought one of the waiters serving us was a little pushy when trying to get us to order appetizers and desserts. But I don't think anyone noticed but me so no problem. Food was so yum! We came for lunch, and everything was great. They make everything in house including desserts . The tiramisu was awesome!!!
